Gift card purchases have a 14-day exchange and return right.

 

The gift card cannot be exchanged for money.

 

Accommodation reservations paid with a gift card can only be made through customer service.

 

The validity period of a value gift card can be extended by charging a gift card that is still valid. It is not possible to charge an additional fee for product gift cards.
